Responsibility for Damage or Loss During Transit: High Res cannot be held liable for any accidental damage or loss that occurs during transit to or from our studio. High Res takes all reasonable care when handling your film.

Unclaimed Film: Any film mailed to High Res that remains unclaimed for 90 days or more will be disposed of at the discretion of High Res. To avoid this, please ensure you promptly collect your film or request return shipping.
